No. The trial starts when your school is set up, and no payment details are taken. You will get a reminder before day 30.
Yes. Schools can pay annually by invoice against a purchase order, which suits most finance offices. Card payment is available if you would rather set it up in a few minutes.
Owlnet handles sales, billing and support for Smart Planner, so your invoice and receipts come from Owlnet. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and card details never touch our servers.
Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added on the invoice at the current rate.
Yes, and most schools do. Departments can be added at any point, charged pro rata to your renewal date. Once you want more than five departments, the whole-school price works out cheaper and covers everything.
You keep access until the end of the paid year. There is no automatic price rise on renewal without telling you first, and no long tie-in beyond the year you have paid for.
No. Whole school means one school, with unlimited departments inside it. Each school in a trust is licensed separately. If several schools want it, get in touch and we will quote for them together.
